Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve authentic Filipino and international dishes for students and staff
- Develop innovative menus that showcase local ingredients and culinary traditions
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for kitchen supplies
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation
- Collaborate with the café team to create seasonal promotions and events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional cooking experience in a restaurant or café setting
- Deep knowledge of Filipino cuisine and regional specialties
- Certification in food safety and handling (e.g., HACCP)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative flair for menu development and food presentation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
