Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation in the local market.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and outreach to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor campaign performance, and report on sales metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends relevant to recruitment and immigration services.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to align local sales strategies with broader corporate goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met professionally.
- Optimize sales funnels and conversion rates to maximize revenue per acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on lead generation and closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written) is essential.
- Self-motivated and disciplined individual capable of working independently as a contractor.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO principles.
- Valid identification and legal residency to work as an independent contractor in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
