Best Royal Recruiting & Immigration is seeking a highly motivated and independent Local Marketing & Sales Contractor to join our team in Manila. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand's growth within the local Philippine market.
As an independent contractor, you will have the autonomy to manage local digital marketing initiatives while spearheading our sales outreach. Your primary objective will be to identify new client opportunities, convert leads, and provide professional guidance to prospective clients interested in our recruitment and immigration services. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who excels in communication, possesses a strong understanding of the local market landscape, and is dedicated to delivering excellence in every client interaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective local digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through cold outreach, social media, and networking.
- Present our suite of recruiting and immigration services to prospective clients clearly and professionally.
- Convert leads into active clients by managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to clients throughout the initial engagement phase.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects and provide regular reporting on marketing and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the global team to align local initiatives with overarching company goals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or digital marketing (immigration or recruitment sector experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms for business growth.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
- Residing in Manila City with stable internet connectivity for remote/field-based coordination.
