Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the coordination and management of daily local travel itineraries and tour schedules.
- Act as the main liaison between clients, hotels, transport vendors, and local guides to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all travel programs comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve on-site operational issues efficiently to maintain high client satisfaction and program integrity.
- Monitor program budgets and provide accurate financial reporting and cost analysis.
- Conduct pre-trip briefings and orientation sessions for clients and tour groups.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve program offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel operations, program coordination, or client services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (if applicable for tourism professionals).
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the travel industry.
