PT Bas Technology Indonesia is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Local Translator to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. This is an integrated role that combines professional translation services with essential administrative and financial support functions. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for translating technical and business documentation, while also assisting the finance and operations departments with daily administrative requirements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Translate technical, legal, and financial documents accurately from English to Indonesian and vice versa.
  • Provide high-quality interpretation services during internal meetings and corporate communications.
  • Manage general administrative tasks, including office filing, scheduling, and document management.
  • Assist the finance team in preparing basic financial reports, expense claims, and invoice tracking.
  • Coordinate office operations and ensure that all documentation meets company standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and financial information.
  • Provide driving assistance for operational needs as required by the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Translation, English Literature, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role involving translation and administrative support.
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and translation software tools.
  • Strong understanding of basic financial processes and document management systems.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
