Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and prioritize emergency locksmith service requests via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Dispatch qualified locksmiths to job sites based on location, urgency, and skill requirements
- Maintain real-time tracking of technician availability and job progress using dispatch software
- Coordinate with customers to confirm appointment details, provide ETAs, and manage service expectations
- Document all service calls, customer interactions, and job outcomes in company systems
- Collaborate with field technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation
- Monitor inventory levels for emergency supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional dispatch/call center training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, dispatch, or coordination role
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
