Tanggung Jawab
- Process and issue invoices and shipping documents accurately and timely
- Manage sales order processing and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Coordinate receiving, moving, checking, and proper storage of goods
- Conduct daily stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize and oversee daily delivery loading operations
- Execute general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving operational requirements
