Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily administrative tasks of the logistics and warehouse department.
- Monitor and update inventory records accurately in the internal database system.
- Coordinate with shipping providers and local transport vendors for timely product distribution.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including delivery orders (DO) and waybills.
- Support the team in conducting periodic stock takes and inventory audits.
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and filing of logistical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Indonesian.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to a dynamic warehouse/office environment.
- Available to commit to a full-time internship program.
