K84 Construction and Development Corporation is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic and Motorpool Officer to join our expanding team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our vehicle fleet and managing the end-to-end logistics processes essential for our construction projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for fleet maintenance, driver coordination, and material movement, ensuring that our operations remain seamless, cost-effective, and safe.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and logistics operations within the construction or manufacturing sector. You must be adept at troubleshooting mechanical issues, scheduling preventative maintenance, and optimizing delivery routes to ensure project timelines are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the daily deployment of vehicles, drivers, and heavy equipment for various construction site requirements.
- Monitor and enforce strict maintenance schedules for the company motorpool to ensure vehicle longevity and safety.
- Track fuel consumption and implement cost-saving measures for all fleet assets.
- Liaise with external suppliers, mechanics, and service centers for vehicle repairs and part procurement.
- Prepare and manage inventory reports, fuel logs, and driver shift schedules.
- Ensure full compliance with LTO, LTFRB, and other regulatory transport requirements.
- Respond promptly to on-site vehicle emergencies and logistics bottlenecks to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or motorpool operations.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance, procurement processes, and logistical dispatching.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose basic mechanical issues for construction vehicles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams of drivers.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and fleet management software tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle the fast-paced demands of the construction industry.
- Possession of a valid Professional Driver’s License is an advantage.
