- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Prepare and process shipping documentation and customs paperwork
- Collaborate with transport teams to optimize delivery schedules
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock to prevent shortages
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment status
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
