In this 1-year contract role, you will play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations, ensuring smooth order processing and efficient inventory management.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate shipments, resolve inquiries, and maintain up-to-date records. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently through the SAP system.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation for all logistics transactions.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and tracking information.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders and shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing.
- Proficiency in using SAP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Diploma or certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
