Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical activities to ensure timely processing and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock taking and data entry.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and transport partners to resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor and update supply chain tracking systems for real-time visibility.
- Assist in routine warehouse administrative tasks and facility compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum N/O Level or Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in warehousing, inventory control, or general logistics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to be based in the East Region of Singapore.
