Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and execute the timely distribution of outbound inventory to Thomson Medical Centre and affiliated specialist clinics.
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock movements, ensuring all records are updated accurately in the inventory management system.
- Perform regular stock checks and audits to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and other necessary documentation for internal transfers.
- Collaborate with procurement and clinical departments to resolve supply-related queries or shortages.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and handling procedures for medical equipment and supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse/storage environment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and inventory management software.
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual loading/unloading tasks as required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across different departments.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a significant advantage.
