In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and information across our supply chain. You will work closely with various departments to maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate shipments, and support our manufacturing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of parts and components.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with company safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the Logistics Manager immediately.
- Utilize ERP systems to update inventory records and track shipment status in real-time.
- Provide administrative support for logistics-related audits, reports, and vendor management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety and quality protocols.
