In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting our logistics operations to deliver excellence to our customers. We offer a supportive and rewarding work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical operations to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
- Perform accurate stock checks and inventory management within the warehouse.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including packing lists and delivery orders.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Support warehouse team with loading, unloading, and organizing stocks as required.
- Assist in the data entry of logistical records into the company’s management system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level/ITE certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain support is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English to interact with team members and vendors.
- Physical capability to handle warehouse inventory tasks.
- Able to work in the West region of Singapore.
