Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and record the daily inflow and outflow of stock/inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and other necessary shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with internal warehouse teams to facilitate smooth loading and unloading of goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic physical stock audits.
- Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the storage area.
- Assist in the preparation of reports regarding inventory levels and movement tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive attitude.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment in Senai, Johor.
