Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of warehouse inventory and stock control systems.
- Perform loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety protocols and proper handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with drivers and transport units to ensure timely delivery schedules are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing shipments and logs.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team to identify and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Support the team in preparing documentation required for customs or internal audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and physical environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to work a 5-day work week.
- Valid Work Permit (for foreign applicants).
