In this dual-role position, you will play a critical part in maintaining the seamless flow of our logistical operations while ensuring that our workplace strictly adheres to safety standards and regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical activities including inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, delivery orders, and shipping manifests using our internal management system.
- Monitor and enforce occupational safety and health (OSH) policies across the facility.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazardous conditions or potential risks to management.
- Assist in the preparation and updating of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other compliance documentation.
- Support the logistics team in warehouse organization and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external transport vendors to streamline dispatch operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in a logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and practices in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
