Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
- Perform accurate stock checks and inventory audits to maintain optimal warehouse records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics workflows.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, labels, and relevant logistics paperwork.
- Monitor warehouse safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading processes as required by the site operations.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina to handle manual handling tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and administrative tasks.
- Ability to commit to flexible working hours, including potential alternate Saturdays.
- Possession of a forklift license is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
- Responsible, punctual, and possess a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
