Tanggung Jawab
- Translate technical logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, supply chain reports, and transport agreements.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between regional partners and internal departments during daily operations.
- Ensure terminology consistency across all translated materials to maintain industry compliance and operational safety.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing real-time interpretation support as required.
- Update and maintain a database of logistics-related translation glossaries for internal team reference.
- Review and proofread translated documents for grammatical accuracy and contextual relevance.
- Collaborate with operations managers to ensure that translated instructions are correctly interpreted by warehouse and logistics staff.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in both English and a secondary relevant language (written and verbal).
- At least 2-3 years of professional translation experience, preferably within the logistics, shipping, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong grasp of industry-specific logistics terminology.
- Must be between 25-35 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge cultural communication gaps.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
