Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation including Bill of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Perform accurate data entry for billing cycles and inventory tracking systems.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide proactive updates to stakeholders regarding delays or issues.
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and clients in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and familiarity with ERP software.
- Solid understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
