In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our supply chain operations and ensuring the seamless movement of goods within the fast-paced 3PL and freight forwarding environment.
As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our operations team, warehouse staff, and external partners. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and possesses a deep understanding of logistics documentation, inventory flow, and freight coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical operations, including shipment planning, documentation, and freight tracking.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, and 3PL partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update logistics management systems in real-time.
- Handle all necessary export/import documentation, including Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, and Customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any potential delays or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Prepare regular reports on shipment performance and logistics efficiency for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a 3PL or freight forwarding environment.
- Strong knowledge of local logistics processes, customs requirements, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Logistics Management Software (WMS/ERP).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
