- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory flow and space utilization
- Coordinate transportation schedules and route optimization for timely deliveries
- Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships for material sourcing
- Conduct regular stock audits and implement inventory control procedures
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation including shipping orders and delivery confirmations
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Liaise with customs authorities and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align logistics with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data
- Certification in logistics (e.g., CLTD, CSCP) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
