Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Liaise with transport providers and drivers to schedule shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including packing lists and customs forms.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to the operations team and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse and transport areas.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse to maximize efficiency and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and logistics software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
