You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse management, procurement, and external logistics partners, to resolve operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods across all retail outlets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Coordinate with third-party transport providers and internal fleet drivers to maintain delivery schedules.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics, including cost-per-delivery and order fulfillment accuracy, to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on distribution activities, fuel consumption, and fleet maintenance schedules.
- Supervise warehouse and loading bay activities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and customer complaints promptly to maintain high levels of operational service.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to handle supply chain disruptions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on cost-reduction and operational efficiency.
