Join MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. as a Logistic Executive and take charge of end-to-end logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. Based in Tuas, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
This full-time role offers an attractive remuneration package including a basic salary up to $3,200, AWS, performance bonus, allowances, and comprehensive medical & dental benefits. You'll enjoy a stable 5-day work week (9am to 6pm) and the opportunity to grow within a reputable organisation.
As a Logistic Executive, you will play a vital role in optimising logistics processes, reducing costs, and maintaining high service standards. Your contributions will directly impact the company's operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound shipments
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock reconciliation
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Identify opportunities to optimise logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, reports, and records
- Resolve any operational issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly
- Assist in performance reporting and data analysis for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and shipping procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an added advantage
