Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and optimize daily logistics and transportation schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, freight forwarders, and transport providers to facilitate smooth movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve any delays or transit issues.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on distribution activities and freight expenditures for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and logistics operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to be based in Perai, Penang.
