As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods, managing inventory accuracy, and optimizing delivery schedules for our high-quality plastic manufacturing output.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily shipment activities, including local deliveries and export arrangements.
- Manage inventory records to ensure high accuracy and alignment with warehouse stock levels.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading, and Customs clearance paperwork.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain effective communication across production and warehouse departments to ensure fulfillment targets are met.
- Handle shipment tracking and provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders regarding transit status.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (highly preferred for regional communication).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Port Klang operations and shipping industry regulations is a significant advantage.
