You'll handle LC verification, prepare export/import documentation, and maintain compliance with international trade regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Letter of Credit transactions including verification, amendment, and settlement
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation (B/L, commercial invoices, certificates of origin)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers for timely cargo movement
- Monitor trade compliance requirements and update documentation procedures
- Resolve customs clearance issues and documentation discrepancies
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for LC-related processes
- Maintain accurate records of all trade transactions and correspondence
- Analyze logistics costs and optimize shipping routes for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in LC processing and shipping documentation
- Proficiency in trade finance regulations (UCP 600, Incoterms)
- Strong knowledge of export/import procedures and customs requirements
- Advanced MS Office skills with ERP system experience
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
