Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end shipment coordination including booking, tracking, and delivery verification
- Develop and execute strategic delivery plans to optimize logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage and maintain accurate logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners to resolve logistics issues and ensure timely communication
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to align logistics operations with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations (manufacturing preferred)
- Native or fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation processes
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Malaysian shipping regulations and customs procedures
