- Lead, mentor, and manage logistics teams to achieve operational KPIs
- Oversee daily logistics operations including inventory control, warehousing, and transportation
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues
- Analyze operational data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare performance reports and present improvement recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of logistics experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and transportation systems
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
