Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily coordination of logistics operations and supply chain activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and vendors to resolve logistical issues.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation, delivery orders, and inventory reports.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
