Life Water Industries, a leading beverage manufacturer in Sabah, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistic Manager to oversee and optimize our warehousing, distribution, and transportation operations based in Kota Kinabalu. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of our products, and maintaining high operational efficiency.
As the Logistic Manager, you will lead a dedicated logistics team, manage fleet operations, coordinate with production departments, and establish strategic partnerships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of FMCG logistics, and a data-driven approach to solving supply chain challenges in Sabah and regional markets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Strategize, plan, and manage daily logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service activities.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team, ensuring high performance, safety compliance, and professional development.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization, inventory accuracy, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) protocols for beverage products.
- Manage and maintain the company's delivery fleet, ensuring routine maintenance, route optimization, and fuel efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the Production and Sales departments to align supply schedules with market demands and minimize stockouts.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with shipping lines, transporters, and third-party logistics (3PL) vendors.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, transport costs, and warehouse efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and large-scale distribution fleets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems, ERP software, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local transport regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards in Sabah/Malaysia.
