In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our entire supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods, and optimizing our logistics strategy to support our expanding manufacturing capabilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of electrical products.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the logistics team to ensure operational KPIs are consistently met.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory control, and transport coordination.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Procurement) to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, local transport laws, and company policies.
- Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) relationships and monitor performance levels.
- Prepare periodic management reports on operational costs, shipping efficiency, and inventory status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a logistics management or supervisory role within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Strong knowledge of local transport networks in Johor and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
