Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the logistics manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for all logistic activities.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of transport routes and vehicle maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification or a relevant Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid Class 3 or 4 Driving License is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
