Join ASMPT's dynamic logistics team as a Logistic Officer (Warehouse Operation) and become a key driver in our supply chain excellence. This critical role involves strategic planning and real-time monitoring of daily warehouse operations to ensure optimal inventory control, efficient space utilization, and seamless material flow. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate stock records, implement safety protocols, and enhance operational efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control procedures to prevent shortages or overstock
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes for maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for performance tracking and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with procurement and transportation teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Train warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience implementing process improvements and lean methodologies
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
