Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate all aspects of sea freight, air freight, and land logistics operations to guarantee the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Prepare, review, and manage all critical shipment documentation, including Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin.
- Serve as the primary liaison with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and customs brokers to facilitate seamless cargo movement and compliance with clearance protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to import and export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade compliance standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for freight route optimization and cost reduction through rate negotiation and consolidation of shipments.
- Proactively monitor shipment progress, resolve any logistical discrepancies or delays, and provide timely, accurate updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulous records and generate detailed reports on shipments, inventory levels, and key logistics performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to support accurate stock planning, order fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of practical, hands-on experience in freight forwarding or integrated logistics operations (fresh graduates with strong internships may also be considered).
- Strong foundational knowledge of sea freight and air freight documentation processes, including HBL, MBL, MAWB, HAWB, and manifest procedures.
- Solid understanding of Malaysia's customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and duty/tax structures.
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., CargoWise, SAP, Descartes, or similar ERP systems) and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrable ability to negotiate and build rapport with international partners and internal teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of successfully managing multiple priorities and strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and possessing a strong problem-solving mindset with a high sense of urgency.
