Tanggung Jawab
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and purchase order creation
- Handle shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and certificates of origin
- Obtain and maintain necessary permits and licenses for international shipping and logistics operations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to prevent stockouts
- Track and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing and shipping activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials and products
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics and purchasing administration
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges
