Tanggung Jawab
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Loading and unloading goods from delivery trucks and warehouse storage areas.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assisting in inventory management and stock verification processes.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding shipment status.
- Ensuring all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA/SMK analog).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
