- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and dispatching goods
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory and operational reports
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving stock
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
