Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment status, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any logistical issues.
- Assist in the organization and management of warehouse storage areas to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including packing lists and bills of lading.
- Monitor shipping performance and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during transportation and warehousing.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred, but not strictly required for all logistic staff roles).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual duties as required by the job description.
