Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and timely dispatch of goods.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and audits using our internal ERP system.
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure material availability.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient shelving and storage protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management to track inventory KPIs and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a supervisory or officer capacity within a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Proven ability to lead a team and solve operational bottlenecks independently.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent command of Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an added advantage.
- Must be willing to be based in Johor Bahru and possess a reliable mode of transportation.
