Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Supervise logistics personnel to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system reconciliations.
- Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing storage overhead.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and shipping costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role (at least 2-3 years).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and modern logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
