We are seeking an experienced and motivated Logistic Supervisor to join Duta Abadi Primantara. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control procedures to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Optimize shipping routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery while minimizing transportation costs.
- Liaise with internal departments and external transport providers to resolve logistical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality assurance procedures.
- Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain supervision, preferably in the manufacturing or transport industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license (Sim A) and knowledge of local traffic regulations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
