Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation coordination
- Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals through performance coaching and skill development
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, inventory accuracy, and transportation costs for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless logistics integration
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation and warehousing services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of logistics experience with at least 1 year in team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems
- Proven experience in process optimization and cost reduction strategies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to operational details
