Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily dispatch schedules.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the transport team to ensure on-time loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Provide excellent internal customer service regarding stock availability and order status to other departments.
Kualifikasi
- GCE āNā / āOā Levels or equivalent; ITE or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous; driven entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items up to 25kg.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory management software or WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Possession of a valid forklift license is highly preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate.
