Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve picking efficiency and workflow.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track logistics performance and operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards regarding storage and handling.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for operational detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight operational deadlines.
