Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure optimal workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and audits.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Prepare and update logistics documentation, including delivery orders and shipping manifests.
- Liaise with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve scheduling issues.
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent stockouts.
- Implement and maintain safety and operational policies within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or administrative logistics support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Inventory Management Systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment life cycles and supply chain best practices.
