Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of daily stock inventory levels.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of daily delivery operations, including scheduling and dispatch.
- Liaise effectively with transporters and external logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-efficient goods movement.
- Diligently follow up on customer payments, addressing any discrepancies or inquiries promptly.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all logistics, inventory, and administrative transactions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency within logistics and administration.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, delivery performance, and outstanding customer payments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in logistics, inventory control, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures, especially for payment follow-ups, is an advantage.
