Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily logistics activities, including shipment tracking, scheduling, and documentation processing.
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment tasks, ensuring timely order processing and dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and generate periodic reports for management.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries, providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and resolve shipping discrepancies or customer concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to optimize delivery lead times and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols in all logistics procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or e-commerce operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
